Hotel outside atomosphire looks good and inside the room is average, very close to temple walkable distance, lift is not available if you come with old age person or heavy luggage incase if hotel person allocate then you have to take risk

We are not satisfied with the rooms provided. It was a small room. Asked extra payment for kids. Hotel located at the town itself.

Nice location and suitable for spiritual tourism in and around thrissur city. The service was absolutely great.

It's my first experience, amazing staffs and well clean room great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service

Pros : 1. Located at a very easily accessable area, close to railway and bus stations. 2. Many restaurants available nearby. 3.Room is neatly maintained. 4.AC is working fine. But, 1. Bathroom glass ventillator was partially open (one fourth the glass portion is missing) , Handspray broken, no hot water 2. TV size is too small (may be around 21 inch)

Room was good but ac was not working properly, take water bottle and dentel kit they wont provide anything. Very bad customer service

Clean room, ac double room, guest bed available but no bedsheet or pillow for guest need to ask house keeping not daily wise. I have been there 4days but not even one day they come for cleaning. I don't know why. Is it because we booked. Any way they don't care about there rooms.

Nice stay at thrissur, good stay & facilitation eventhough we reached 1am. Spacious room. Car parking available.

Complimentary early check-in is fake. They will not let you in even after showing complimentary check- in is available. They told me rooms are not available for early check-in even after i showed them the status. Since i wanted to check in at that time i said that i can pay them then, at that moment itself they said they we can arrange room. This is the attitude of these people there. All they want is money, and within 20 mins room was available. This is the kind of behaviour from the staffs. Very disappointed with this booking.
